Established in 2024 under the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI), the Abu Dhabi Youth Business Council (ADYBC) empowers aspiring entrepreneurs and ambitious young professionals. We are dedicated to fostering their growth and enabling them to thrive across both local and international private sectors.
As a strategic affiliate of the Chamber, ADYBC serves as a vibrant hub and resource center, offering diverse services, programs, and partnerships to drive economic growth and workforce sustainability.
Guided by direct input from youth, the Council operates as a platform “by youth, for youth”, built around the Youth Business Gateway. This one-stop service streamlines licensing, mentorship, funding, and global market opportunities, aligning with the Chamber’s mission to empower the private sector and advance Abu Dhabi’s economic diversification.
By providing young entrepreneurs with insight into emerging opportunities, and ensuring access to vital resources, ADYBC, together with ADCCI, fosters innovation, resilience, and sustainable economic growth that will shape Abu Dhabi’s economic future.
