What we do

The Abu Dhabi Youth Business Council (ADYBC) fosters constructive dialogue around the aspirations and challenges faced by young entrepreneurs and career-driven individuals in Abu Dhabi. We work to identify and address these challenges while building partnerships with private sector entities locally and internationally.

Through these efforts, we support the growth of youth-led ventures and strengthen Abu Dhabi’s business ecosystem.

Our work includes hosting regular meetings with representatives from startups and small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). These sessions explore new opportunities, encourage collaboration, and promote career-building initiatives.

Through a tailored, inclusive approach, ADYBC provides targeted support at every stage of the entrepreneurial journey: from facilitating market access and funding to leadership training, offering mentorship, and opportunities in trade delegations and accelerator programs. These initiatives enable young entrepreneurs to scale sustainably and create lasting impact for Abu Dhabi’s economy.
