Founded in 2024, the Abu Dhabi Youth Business Council (ADYBC) empowers the next generation of young entrepreneurs. We help young leaders scale, innovate, and confidently enter global markets.
Abu Dhabi is where ambition is backed by action. With future-ready infrastructure, strong institutions, and a government dedicated to supporting youth success, ADYBC builds on this foundation by listening to young entrepreneurs and responding with real solutions. To meet these needs, the Council has created the Youth Business Gateway – a one-stop platform offering licensing, mentorship, funding, and international exposure.
Through tailored training programs, mentorship, workplace solutions, and access to market opportunities, ADYBC equips youth-led ventures with vital skills in financial planning, leadership, digital marketing, and investor readiness. This comprehensive approach fosters innovation, resilience, and sustainable economic diversification that will shape Abu Dhabi’s future.
